What are your shipping charges?

ZEBRA CLUB MEMBERS RECEIVE FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $50! The following provisions apply: 1) If an order receiving free shipping under this offer is returned by the customer for a refund, the regular ground shipping/handling charge will be reinstated and deducted from any refund due the customer. In addition, a restock fee may apply (see return policy section below). 2) This offer is valid only on shipments to addresses in the United States, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO (overseas US military). 3) All offers are subject to change without prior notification. Our shipping charges are based on the total dollar amount of your order. Our standard ground shipping carriers are either US Priority Mail or FedEx Ground (our choice).  

Regular ground shipping charges are $9.95 for orders up to $100.00, and $12.95 for orders over $100.00. Customers in countries outside the United States must select the International Air option. Customers needing guaranteed fast delivery of their order can select from either 2nd Day or Next Day Air. 2nd Day Air guarantees delivery on the second business day after the order ships. Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, so for example, if your order ships via 2nd Day Air on Friday, you will receive it the following Tuesday (2nd business day). 2nd Day Air charges are calculated in the shopping cart of our website. OVERNIGHT DELIVERIES PLEASE NOTE: Since our website is not equipped to calculate exact shipping charges based on the weight of your shipment and your destination zip code, Next Day shipping charges shown are ONLY AN ESTIMATE. Your actual overnight shipping charge may be higher or lower. If it is lower, we will automatically charge the lower price, but if it is higher, we will contact you for authorization to charge the higher amount before processing your order.

What is your return policy?

You may return an item for REFUND within 15 DAYS, or for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT within 45 DAYS, subject to the following provisions: 1) Return period begins the day your order is delivered (as indicated by order tracking information). We must receive your return by the last day of the applicable return period, so please ship your return accordingly. 2) Items must be returned in NEW and UNUSED (except to try on for size) condition, with any garment tags still attached. 3) Hats must be returned in a box. 4) Washed or worn garments will not be accepted for refund or exchange (unless defective). 5) Special order items, numbered or embroidered shirts/hats, hemmed pants, undergarment items, socks, clearance items, and whistles are NOT returnable. 6) Large orders (in excess of $150) that are returned for refund are subject to a maximum 15% restock charge. 7) All refunds will be issued to the same credit/debit card used in the original purchase. 8) Shipping/handling charges are not refundable. Any merchandise received for refund or exchange not meeting the above requirements will be returned to the customer at their expense.  Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned/exchanged merchandise. If you return an order billed under a free shipping/reduced shipping offer, or if you return a portion of a free shipping order that reduces the order subtotal to an amount lower than $125, then the original shipping charge will be reinstated to the order and subtracted from the amount refunded to your credit card. The same credit card used to make the original purchase will be billed for shipping charges on any exchanged items, or will be refunded the amount owing for a return.  9) Items having a return period other than 15 days/refund and 45 days/exchange will be so noted on their respective product pages.

Can you send my order to my work address?

Yes! Many of our customers want the convenience of having their orders shipped to their place of business instead of their home address, to make sure someone is available to sign for and receive the delivery. All you need to do is list your place of business in the shipping address when checking out. Please include the name of your company.  As always, include a DAYTIME (preferably cell phone) number with your order in case we need to contact you with any questions regarding your shipping address.

How can I tell if the item(s) I want are in stock?

Currently, our website is not capable of giving our customers real time inventory status. We only list an item as out of stock on our website if that item will be out of stock for more than two weeks. In certain cases, your order may not ship for several days due to a temporary out of stock situation. If you have any questions regarding the stock status of your order, please feel free to phone or e-mail us to verify the items you want are available for shipment. This is especially important if you want expedited shipping, hard to get sizes, or large quantities of a particular item.
