Just select the patch option from the pulldown menu. Priced at $4.95 (includes patch plus sewing charge), the patch can be sewn on either the left sleeve or below the collar on the back of the shirt. Please note that shirts with flags sewn on are not returnable, so please be sure of your sizing selection before completing your order.
